Expected Result Technical Services Corporation ("The Expected Result", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through theexpectedresult.ca, why, and what your choices are. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information you send us. When you use the contact, quote or health-check form, or email us, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, home or site address and the details of your request.
Basic server logs. Our web server records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information.
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services, and meet our legal and licensing obligations.
Service providers. Our web forms are delivered by a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and our email runs on Microsoft 365. These providers process information on our behalf and may store or process it outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of that country.
When the law requires it.
We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
We are a security company and treat your information accordingly: access is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are protected with current technical safeguards.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its further use. We will respond within the time PIPA requires.
